Sandhya Murali
Managing Director
Sandhya Murali is the Managing Director of Zenthermik Sensing Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where she leads the overall functioning, production, and quality of the company’s innovative sensing products. With over 12 years of experience in the thermistor and sensing technology industry, Sandhya brings a rare blend of technical expertise and visionary leadership to her role.
Her career began in 2011 as a Quality Assurance and New Product Development Engineer in the thermistor industry, where she honed her skills in precision manufacturing and product innovation. Since 2018, she has been at the helm of Zenthermik, driving the company’s growth through strategic decision-making, collaborative leadership, and a strong focus on product excellence.
Sandhya holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur. She is known for her ability to lead with clarity and compassion, encouraging innovation while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to quality, resilience, and the power of purposeful leadership.
Lihab Malik S P
Director
Lihab Malik S P serves as a Director of Zenthermik Sensing Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where he oversees Accounts and Administration with a strong focus on efficiency, financial discipline, and organizational growth. With over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, he brings together technical expertise, analytical insight, and strategic leadership to strengthen the company’s foundation and guide its future direction.
Lihab began his career in 2011 as a Network Engineer, gaining hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system operations, and network management. His dedication and technical skill led him to advance to the role of Senior Engineer, where he continues to deliver solutions for complex enterprise-level projects.
Since 2018, he has been a driving force at Zenthermik, steering the company’s progress through strategic decision-making, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to excellence. He has played a key role in aligning administrative processes with business goals, strengthening financial oversight, and fostering a culture of innovation and agility in a competitive market.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Diploma in Hardware and Networking Engineering, Lihab combines analytical rigor with technical expertise. This unique blend of skills allows him to bridge the gap between technology and business operations, ensuring that Zenthermik remains both resilient and forward-looking.
Rahul Remash K C
Director
Rahul Remash K C is a Director at Zenthermik Sensing Technologies Pvt. Ltd., responsible for leading the Purchase and Stores functions with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and strategic sourcing. With over 12 years of industry experience, Rahul is a key driver in building robust supply chain systems that support the company’s operational excellence and product quality.
He began his career in 2011 as a Production Engineer at MRPL and later at Kane, where he gained deep insights into industrial operations and process optimization. Since co-founding Zenthermik in 2018, he is playing a vital role in managing procurement strategies, vendor relationships, and inventory systems to align with the company’s long-term growth goals.
Rahul holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Thrissur. His leadership style is collaborative, strategic, and grounded in innovation. Rahul is committed to creating value through strong systems, smart processes, and a clear vision for scalable growth.
Tinu Augustine
